Job summary

Technical Education and Skills Development Authority CARAGA Region is seeking a competent supervisor to direct regional operations and oversee TVET policy recommendations for higher authorities. The role involves coordinating systems, implementing programs, and fostering multi-sectoral participation.

The successful candidate will provide TEVT technical services to TechVoc Institutions while driving advocacy, networking, and efficient division operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises and coordinates the operations of the Region.
• Reviews and finalises policy recommendations on TVET for higher authorities.
• Recommends to the Regional Director systems and procedures to ensure policy program implementation.
• Provides technical services and staff advice on TEVT to TechVoc Institutions.
• Manages and implements plans, programs and projects.
• Initiates social marketing, advocacy and networking.
• Ensures active multi-sectoral participation of public and private agencies.
• Recommends measures for efficient operations of the division.
• Performs other related functions.
