• Ability to follow procedures and escalate non-routine items as needed.
• Willingness to work extra hours during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Review paid item exceptions by comparing check images to payee information.
• Decide whether exceptions should be accepted or rejected per guidelines.
• Validate payment data against customer information and account records.
• Investigate data mismatches and reconcile discrepancies.
• Complete daily transactions within service levels and productivity targets.
• Maintain quality standards by following procedures and controls.
• Document actions and outcomes in designated systems.
• Escalate non-routine items to supervisors.
• Cross-train and perform additional processing tasks.
• Collaborate with team and take ownership of responsibilities.
