Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Metro Manila seeks a Payment Lifecycle Analyst to support the smooth transfer of funds by processing payments, resolving exceptions, and escalating risks. You will help protect clients and the firm through careful review and adherence to controls.

You will execute high-volume processing, review for sanctions and fraud, investigate inquiries, and contribute to process improvements with automation tools while supporting teammates across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting payment processing operations or similar operational work.
• Ability to process high volumes with attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to analyze issues and apply structured problem-solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication with teammates and partners.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and locations.
• Basic computer skills and data entry across business apps.
• Understanding of operational risk and fraud awareness.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume payment processing by validating currency and settlement details for accuracy and timeliness.
• Process payments across cash, trade, merchant, commercial card, and account activities per procedures.
• Review transactions for sanctions, fraud, and funds-control concerns and escalate as needed.
• Investigate exceptions and inquiries by performing basic research and documenting actions.
• Identify processing issues and risk indicators, resolving or escalating to reduce impact.
• Reconcile items and breaks per procedures, including invoicing or cash management support.
• Use approved automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency; propose process improvements.
• Coach or support less experienced teammates on routine tasks.
