Job summary

This full-time, on-site role partners with operational leaders to align learning initiatives with business goals and drive service excellence. You will define standards, monitor metrics, and lead corrective actions, coaching training and quality teams and reporting outcomes

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Training & Development with organization-wide learning initiatives.
• Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management, setting standards and improvement programs.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design, curriculum development, and evaluation.
• Senior leadership experience in outsourcing, consulting or tech-driven environments.
• Analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of training programs.
• Oversee instructional design and ensure learning aligns with business goals.
• Define quality standards, monitor metrics and drive CAPA actions.
• Partner with operational leaders and coach training and quality teams.
• Report key outcomes to senior management.
