Role Description

The Senior Training and Quality Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Angeles. This role leads the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of training and quality programs across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing training frameworks, overseeing instructional design, and ensuring alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives. The director will define quality standards, monitor performance metrics, and drive corrective and preventive actions to maintain service excellence. The role also involves partnering with operational leaders, coaching training and quality teams, and reporting key outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Training & Development and Training, with a track record of leading organization-wide learning initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, including setting standards and managing continuous improvement programs.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design, including curriculum development, training materials creation, and evaluation of learning effectiveness.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior role, preferably within outsourcing, consulting, or technology-driven environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement process improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., training, quality management) are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Angeles and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving organizational environment.
