Job summary

FGC+ is seeking a Training & Quality Supervisor to provide functional leadership for Training and Quality across Davao and Bacolod. This hands‑on role focuses on developing Trainers and QA teams, improving how Training and Quality are delivered, and building consistent practices across campaigns and sites.

You will report to the Head of Operations. You will observe, coach, and develop Trainers and QA Specialists, review materials, and help standardize QA practices while collaborating with

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands‑on experience in Training in a BPO or similar environment.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience in Quality Assurance in a BPO or similar environment.
• Strong experience across both Training and Quality. Candidates with experience in only one function will not meet the core requirement.

Responsibilities

• Observe Trainers during classes and provide practical coaching and feedback.
• Coach Trainers on facilitation and adult learning.
• Coach and develop QA Specialists on QA practices and standards.
• Support onboarding and development of new Trainers and QA team members.
• Lead regular QA calibration sessions and standardize QA practices.
• Review training materials, SOPs, and job aids for accuracy and usability.
• Help create and maintain Training and Quality playbooks and standards.
• Review QA results to identify gaps and recommend actions.
• Work with OMs to understand campaign Training and Quality needs.
