Job summary

Focusinc Group Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Training & Quality Supervisor to lead TQ across Davao and Bacolod. This hands-on role develops Trainers and QA teams, improves Training and Quality delivery, and builds consistent practices across campaigns and sites.

Hybrid work model with close collaboration to Operations. The position requires 3+ years in Training and 3+ years in Quality Assurance within a BPO or similar environment, plus strong facilitation and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Training in a BPO or similar environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance in a BPO or similar environment.
• Strong experience across both Training and Quality; single-function candidates may not meet core requirement.

Responsibilities

• Observe Trainers during classes and provide coaching and feedback on facilitation.
• Coach Trainers on facilitation, adult learning, and delivery.
• Coach QA Specialists on QA practices, calibration, evaluation, and standards.
• Support onboarding and development of new Trainers and QA members.
• Lead QA calibration sessions and standardize QA across campaigns.
• Review materials, SOPs, and job aids for accuracy and usability.
• Help create Training and Quality playbooks, standards, and best practices.
• Track development and follow through on coaching actions.
• Support client discussions, calibrations, and Training/Quality concerns when needed.
