Job summary

NTT DATA North America in the Philippines seeks a Training Specialist to establish and deliver brand classroom training and soft skills. You will coaching and managing performance as learners move from the classroom to production, with possible design support for content improvements.

The role supports a Canadian banking portfolio, delivering training to groups (2–20 participants) and individual coaching, while adapting to shift schedules and on-site requirements under Training Manager guidance.

Qualifications

• Credit Card and/or Financial Industry experience (as portfolio requires).
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, written and spoken.
• 1-2 years operational and customer service experience in a Contact Centre.
• Flexible to schedule including mornings/evenings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer-focused with a solutions orientation.
• Ability to identify performance trends and create action plans.
• Experience giving constructive feedback and coaching.
• Comfortable with matrix leadership structures.
• Adult Education/Training certificate or progress is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for delivery of training including systems, facilities, and materials.
• Deliver in-class technical and soft skills training to 2–20 participants.
• Follow processes to report delivery and align with strategies and goals.
• Complete mandatory privacy, security, and fraud training.
• Use evaluations to assess training impact and report results to stakeholders.
• Provide support and coaching to new trainees before production transition.
• Identify challenges and create supportive plans to address them.
• Coach learners to meet transition performance benchmarks.
