Job summary

Stafflink Express is seeking a Training & Development professional to design and deliver training for the general workforce and targeted functional areas. You will manage training materials, coordinate schedules, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

The role requires strong English communication, solid facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt training to different learning styles. On-site in Sucat with a shifting schedule, contract through April 2027.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of Training Experience in the BPO Industry.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the BPO Industry.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, curriculum design, or training methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English communication (oral and written).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and paces.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
• Experience in instructional design or Learning & Development is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in Sucat and on a shifting schedule.
• Comfortable with a contractual position until April 2027.

Responsibilities

• Delivering training materials including presentation materials, training guides/manuals, course evaluations, etc.
• Coordinating training schedule based on training requirements
• Executes specialized projects and activities and typically works according to set principles
• Generates and initiates own workload and doesn't need instructions or guidelines
• Supervise work of less experienced professionals, provide professional expertise and take responsibility for the end-product
• Significantly improve the day-to-day activities/processes
• Manages and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team
• Deliver professional responsibilities focusing on professional excellence
