Job description

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in training and development, preferably within a BPO, call center, or customer service environment
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning concepts
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training tools
• Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and paces
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and materials simultaneously
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for developing others
• Knowledge of BPO operations, customer service processes, or quality assurance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Certification in training, instructional design, or related discipline (preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms
