Job summary

Alta Resources is seeking a Senior Trainer to be the primary client team trainer, responsible for all representative training for the client program. The role develops, reviews and delivers training modules on quality monitoring, products, systems, processes and procedures, customer service, and specialty topics.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields is required.
• Work Experience: At least five years training experience or an Associates Degree with 6+ years of training experience is required.
• Experience with document management and SOP/WI formatting guidelines preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and systems expertise.
• Ability to deliver technical training in complex computer systems to adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Complete all client New Hire Training courses with the required competency to deliver client’s training programs.
• Provide instructor-led New Hire Training, Continuous Education Training and ongoing programs per client unit.
• Deliver training to part-time and full-time employees across day, evening and weekend hours.
• Review operational documents and incorporate updates to training presentations.
• Write SOPs, Work Instructions, Training Alerts and Job Aides; support communication for events and brochures.
