Job summary

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Training Manager to lead the training strategy and execution for assigned accounts or processes.

You will oversee training teams, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive training effectiveness. You will identify training needs, design learning solutions, evaluate outcomes, and support leadership in talent development initiatives, while complying with policies and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Quality
• 5yrs experience as people manager
• has experienced handling multiple businesses/accounts
• Travel/Financial and Diverse Account exp is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Reports Directly to the AVP
• Oversee and coordinate training requirements across programs and projects
• Lead and manage a team of Process Training Managers and Trainers
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop strategic training plans
• Design and implement training modules, assessments, and learning initiatives
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to align training with business needs
• Monitor training effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms
• Drive trainer development through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews
• Support recruitment and onboarding of trainers, including interviews and apprenticeship programs
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and data confidentiality standards
• Promote a culture of learning, engagement, and continuous improvement
