Responsibilities include certification governance, needs analyses, course coordination, and mentorship. You will translate complex procedures into practical learning and maintain audit-ready training records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, education, HR, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience developing and delivering technical training curricula.
• Familiarity with manufacturing/equipment and quality standards.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and update technical training courses and lesson plans.
• Manage certification and recertification programs.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to analyze training needs.
• Coordinate internal and external courses to meet evolving tech needs.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and related standards.
• Track progress and maintain audit-ready training records.
• Onboard and mentor new hires undergoing technical training.
