Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Supervisor, Training and Quality to oversee classroom training programs, drive quality improvements, and coordinate with Operations and Managers. • Bachelor's Degree in related field; 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization and deadlines.
• Ability to mentor and coach a team with clear direction.
• Self-starter with sense of urgency; works well under pressure.
• Fosters professionalism and relationship building within the team.
• Strong attention to detail; adaptable to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop a department of well-trained professionals who continuously improve the organization and themselves.
• Drive initiatives to improve training quality across Concentrix by evaluating internal processes.
• Evaluate trainer consistency and accuracy through class evaluations.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and quarterly one-on-ones with Trainers.
• Coordinate with Quality Supervisor and Operations on consistency issues.
• Create and maintain trainer schedules and training tools.
• Provide feedback on trainer performance based on observations and client feedback.
• Supervise on-site trainer audits and supervise the daily activities of training teams.
