Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to design and maintain enterprise-level Java applications supporting electronic trading across multiple asset classes. The role emphasizes cloud infrastructure, FIX protocol integration, and real-time processing, with a mid-shift, hybrid onsite pattern requiring 3 days per week at the Taguig office.

You will build robust server-side components, mentor juniors, and collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years in global financial services or trading systems development.
• Strong server-side Java design and development experience.
• Experience with FIX Protocol and FIX Engines in trading environments.
• Cloud deployment on AWS and containerization with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and messaging middleware (Solace).
• Linux administration, SQL, and testing with JUnit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise Java applications for electronic trading systems.
• Collaborate with architecture and DevOps to ensure best practices.
• Provide L3 support for production issues and deployments.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in SAFe agile ceremonies.
• Work across multiple remote regions and ensure SDLC compliance.
