Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management.
• At least 7 years of experience in trade and retail marketing, with expertise in LSM market penetration and market saturation.
• Minimum of 2 years of people management experience, leading at least 4 direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trade Marketing to develop and execute strategies at a trade level for Red Ribbon brands.
• Supervise Local Store Marketing, store openings, activations, and community relations to drive traffic and loyalty.
• Oversee Retail Marketing functions including merchandising, packaging, store design, and branded service experiences for consistency across channels.
• Drive national promotions and ensure alignment with Store Operations, Brand Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
