Job summary

Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to nurture the Red Ribbon brand across products and campaigns.

You will lead marketing initiatives, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver effective campaigns across TV and digital channels. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and at least 1 year in brand management, with a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Must be open to occasional travel for site visits, consumer research activities, partner meetings, conferences, events.
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home) and be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Lead Category Marketing efforts to drive sales, market share, and equity growth for the brand and products.
• Develop, implement, and review strategies and action plans for New & Existing Products and Campaigns on TV, Digital, and other channels.
• Lead or co-lead development of new or improved products/packaging with cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Analyze category performance and implement short- and long-term actions; manage forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee Digital Commerce/Channels Marketing and ensure innovative and effective customer journeys.
