Job summary

Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager (open to fresh graduates) to nurture and grow the Red Ribbon brand across assigned categories and digital platforms.

The role combines strategy development, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to drive sales, market share, and brand equity. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days work-from-home) based in Ortigas, Pasig City, and will

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership potential.
• Must be open to occasional travel for site visits, consumer research activities, partner meetings, conferences, events, and other business-related activities.
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week) and be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving sales, market share, and equity growth of the brand and assigned products.
• Provide analyses, insights, and data to develop strategies & plans for assigned products and categories.
• Lead campaigns, promotions, activations, and other marketing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze category and product performance and advise on necessary actions (Plan-Do-Check-Act).
• Coordinate forecasts and supply management to ensure forecast accuracy and manage category costs.
