SALARY: (SG-19) (PhP 59,153.00) PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 20% - Review and participates in the works of lower-level specialist
• 20% - Implements TESD programs, projects and systems
• 15% - Provides technical services to agency beneficiaries and stakeholders
• 15% - Gathers and process data related to research and studies
• 10% - Coordinates the programs and services in the provincial office
• 10% - Prepares internal and external communication
• 5% - Implements quality standards and procedures
• 5% - Performs other related functions

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

• EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
• EXPERIENCE : 2 years of relevant experience
• TRAINING : 8 hours of relevant training
• ELIGIBILITY : Career Service Professional (2nd Level Eligibility)

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be physically fit with good moral character
• Advance oral and written communication skills
• Computer and digital literate, especially in MS Office Applications
• Adheres to professional work ethics
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Advance analytical skills
• Good interpersonal working relationship in a team environment
• Can work under pressure

• List of training programs attended indicating the number of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates
• Performance Ratings/IPCR for the last rating period

• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (MM-DD-YY to MM-DD-YY)
