Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering and 3–5 years of hands-on telecom experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to lead a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hands-on telecommunications experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with app/workflow automation (AppSheet/OPSAP).

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Telecom Engineer to oversee telecom tower operations, site implementation, and network deployment across Cebu. In this role, you will lead site installations, handle technical troubleshooting, track material inventories, and build operational dashboards to streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Implementation & Integration: Oversee telecom tower facilities, perform technical site surveys, and support site integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Operations & Inventory Management: Track telecom equipment and tools, manage material requirements, and maintain inventory logs using OPSAP, AppSheet, or custom trackers.
• Data & Workflow Automation: Build operational dashboards and automated workflows using Google Workspace, Looker Studio, Excel, or AppSheet to monitor project deliverables.
• Technical Support & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, field contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and enforce site implementation standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE) or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications, wireless networks (RAN), or site implementation.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of telecom tower facilities, hardware configuration, and site deployment standards.
• Experience with project and data tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Looker Studio, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with process automation, digital workflows, or tools like AppSheet/OPSAP.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills with a team-lead mindset.
• Certifications (A Plus): PMP, CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or PRC ECE License.
