Job description

The Vice President – Operations is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of all tower sites in line with customer SLAs. The role provides executive leadership over network operations, maintenance, field operations, and the Network Operations Center (NOC). This position oversees incident management, preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor performance, site security, and asset protection while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements. The role works closely with internal teams and customers to drive operational excellence, service quality, uptime performance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field)
• 15–20 years of experience in telecom, tower operations, or infrastructure management
• Proven leadership in large-scale operations, maintenance, and NOC management
• Strong experience in SLA management, uptime performance, MTTR, and incident escalation
• In-depth knowledge of tower site operations, power systems, and passive infrastructure
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Knowledge of site security, asset protection, and risk mitigation
• Familiarity with Philippine telecom regulations preferred
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and crisis management skills
• Excellent stakeholder, customer, and reporting capabilities
