Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a site supervision professional to oversee telecom project deployments at client sites in Northern Mindanao. You will manage subcontractors, perform on-site surveys, and ensure installation quality aligns with design specs and safety standards.

The role requires a related degree and 2 years of telecom site experience, with PMP and Microsoft Office proficiency as preferred qualifications. Willingness to travel within Mindanao is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in site implementation monitoring or related telecom tech is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate on-site activities to meet budget and schedule.
• Perform site surveys to ensure feasibility of solutions and access.
• Conduct regular quality control checks on materials and subcontractor installations per client standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during installation; coordinate with clients or technical team for solutions.
• Enforce safety protocols on site and address hazards to ensure personnel safety and client property protection.
• Maintain timely communications with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to support timelines.
• Formulate project planning rules and organize the project master plan outputs.
• Monitor site progress, identify issues, develop solutions, and close out actions.
• Willingness to travel long distances within Mindanao (Davao, CDO, Agusan, Butuan).

About the role

To oversee and manage the technical aspect of telecommunication projects at sites, ensuring all work adheres to design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines. You will perform in this role to support the design and implementation of a telecom site with key focus on planning, progress management, subcontractor coordination and implementation quality management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate on-site activities with the goal of completing the project within budget and on schedule

• Perform site surveys to ensure solutions and access feasibility

• Perform regular quality control checks to ensure proper management of materials on site and installation quality of subcontractor according to the standard of the clients

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the installation, propose solutions, and coordinate necessary adjustments with the clients or the technical team of the company

• Strictly enforce safety protocols on site, identify potential hazards, and address safety concerns to ensure the safety of all personnel working on site as well as the safety of the property of the clients

• Maintain communication with stakeholders like clients, subcontractors and project managers as well as other relevant parties to ensure all information being routed timely to support project timelines

• Formulate project planning rules and organize the output of the project master plan

• Routinely monitor the site implementation progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication etc) and/or equivalent experience

• Relevant 2 years of experience in site implementation monitoring, or including other telecommunication technology

• Professional Electrical Engineer/ Registered Electrical Engineer /NCII Certified Master Electrician preferred

• PMP and/or other related industry certification(s) preferred

• Proficient on Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Points and Word

• Good analytical mind and communication skill

• Open for long Business trip to other parts of MIN (Davao/CDO/Agusan/Butuan)
