Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Senior Telecom Engineer to oversee telecom tower operations, site implementation, and network deployment across Cebu. You will lead site installations, troubleshoot issues, and build dashboards to streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering and 3–5 years of hands-on telecom experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to lead a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hands-on telecommunications experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with app/workflow automation (AppSheet/OPSAP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee telecom tower facilities, site surveys, and site integration/commissioning.
• Track assets and manage material requirements; maintain inventory logs.
• Build operational dashboards and automate workflows to monitor project deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, field contractors, and vendors to resolve issues.
