About the Role

We are hiring a Project Field Engineer to manage field teams and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and organization of project documents for telecom projects.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring all site documentation is correct and complete—directly impacting project tracking, billing speed, and overall operations efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with field teams
• Manage team ON-SITE and handle installations
• Collect, organize, and validate documentation from site teams
• Review installation photos and ensure clarity and completeness
• Verify critical details such as serial numbers and equipment data
• Coordinate with engineers for final validation before submission
• Track documentation status per site and follow up on missing items
• Maintain organized records using WhatsApp and OneDrive
• Prepare project summaries for status monitoring and billing readiness
• Support faster billing by ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
  

Process & Tools

• Initial submissions via WhatsApp (photos and site updates) / ClickUp / AppSheet
• Final storage and organization in OneDrive
• Ongoing integration with ClickUp for project tracking and monitoring

Additional Responsibilities

• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows
• Recommend and implement automation solutions (AI/tools)
• Support internal process improvements to reduce manual work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related)
• Experience in telecom or construction documentation is a plus
• Telecom or construction documentation experience is strongly preferred for this role
• Strong attention to detail, especially in photo and data validation
• Familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of automation tools or AI is an advantage
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience required
