Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a senior Complaints Manager in Pasig, Philippines, to own end-to-end handling of complex, escalated complaints in a global outsourcing setting. The role is hands-on, not a people leader, and requires focus on regulatory readiness and privacy considerations.

The ideal candidate brings strong Australian telecoms complaints experience and working knowledge of TCP Code, ACPMA/ACCC protections, Privacy Act 1988, OAIC expectations, and TIO dispute handling.

The Complaints Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for the end-to-end management of complex, escalated,

regulatory and privacy-related customer complaints. The role is hands-on rather than a people-leadership post, acting as the

internal subject-matter expert for complaint handling, investigation, written responses, remediation, root-cause analysis and

regulatory readiness.

The ideal candidate has strong Australian telecommunications complaints experience and working knowledge of the

Telecommunications Consumer Protections (TCP) Code, ACMA complaint-handling requirements, Australian Consumer Law and

ACCC consumer protections, the Privacy Act 1988 and OAIC privacy complaint expectations, and Telecommunications Industry

Ombudsman (TIO) dispute handling.
