Confidential in the Philippines is seeking an IT Senior Procurement Officer to support category managers by shaping sourcing strategies and ensuring adherence to procurement policies. The role focuses on aligning stakeholder needs with objective category plans.

You will optimize the supplier base, manage the full lifecycle of suppliers, and collaborate with Global Procurement and internal teams to drive process improvements and compliant on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in IT or indirect category management.
• Experience supporting a multidisciplinary, project-led environment.
• Procurement affiliations/certifications are an advantage.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig with hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholder requirements and execute category plans.
• Optimize the supply base using market insights and analyses.
• Manage supplier lifecycle: accreditation, onboarding, performance, phase-out.
• Ensure local sourcing aligns with procurement policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and ensure on-site execution and compliance.
• Partner with Global Procurement and internal stakeholders to support goals.
