Job summary

Confidential seeks an IT Senior Procurement Officer to support the Category Manager by developing category sourcing strategies and ensuring alignment with procurement policies. You will identify stakeholder needs, optimize the supply base, and manage supplier lifecycle with a focus on IT indirect categories.

The role is based in Ortigas, Pasig with a hybrid work setup. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's (or Master’s) in a relevant field and at least 3 years of category management experience in

• At least 3 years of professional category management experience in IT or indirect category.
• Proven ability to support a multidisciplinary team in a project-led environment.
• Procurement affiliations and/or certifications are an advantage.
• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid work setup).

• Manage the entire supplier lifecycle, including accreditation, onboarding, performance evaluation, and phase-out processes.
• Ensure local sourcing practices and processes are aligned with overall procurement policies.
• Collaborate with the procurement leadership team to recommend and implement process improvements, ensuring effective on-site execution and compliance.
• Partner closely with Global Procurement teams and internal stakeholders to support organizational goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Must have at least three (3) years of professional category management experience in IT or an indirect category.
• Demonstrated success in supporting a multidisciplinary team in a project-led environment.
• Procurement and supply chain affiliations and/or certifications are an advantage.
• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid work setup).
