Job summary

Amplitude is hiring a Senior Technical Success Manager, Emerging Enterprise to lead deployments across a portfolio of large customers. You will drive adoption, value realization, and executive reviews, partnering with Account Executives on renewals and expansions.

The role emphasizes ownership of outcomes, prescriptive guidance, and delivery excellence in a fast-paced, AI-enabled SaaS environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management or similar customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
Experience leading enterprise software deployments with data governance focus.
Experience managing a portfolio of 20+ mid-market or emerging enterprise accounts.
Experience co-owning renewals and contributing to expansion pipelines with sales.

Responsibilities

Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 40–50 accounts from presales through renewal.
Lead deployment planning and implementation with internal and partner delivery teams.
Track risks and issues, drive resolution to protect timelines and outcomes.
Monitor portfolio health using AI-augmented signals to accelerate adoption and renewals.
Drive product adoption with live sessions and new use cases to expand value.
Build and maintain success plans aligned to customer goals from onboarding to renewal.
