TrueFoundry is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Architect to lead post-sales technical engagements with large AI Gateway customers. You will guide platform security, governance, and application teams, shaping how customers govern LLM traffic, MCP tool access, and autonomous agents across departments.

You will champion platform architecture, MCP connections, and sandboxing strategies, driving adoption of Agent Harness, model routing, and secure tool access.

Formación

• 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role with enterprise accounts.
• Translate business requirements to technical architecture decisions.
• Strong API gateway concepts and LLM routing knowledge.
• Familiar with OAuth token exchange, delegation and identity federation patterns.
• Experience with MCP or similar tool-calling frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAl, OpenAI Agents SDK).
• Ability to articulate governance/security tradeoffs in ROI terms for engineers and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and support large enterprise AI Gateway customers at scale.
• Design access-control models and unified authorization across model calls, MCP tools, and agent calls.
• Lead guardrail strategy and multi-hop agent governance considerations.
• Run architecture workshops on Agent Harness adoption and MCP connections.
• Own technical escalations and ensure rapid resolution and documented runbooks.
• Produce self-serve content to deflect common questions and reduce tickets.
