Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in technical or industrial sales.
• Strong background in generator sets (diesel, gas, hybrid) – sizing, specifications, and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct client visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts in the genset industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mechanical and power generation sectors.
• Provide technical product presentations and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with the engineering and after-sales team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis and maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and trends.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
