Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Ability to negotiate effectively with project team and subcontractors.
• Ability to relate to diverse people and trade contractors.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• 10–15 years in handling generator repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and sales management.
• Computer literate.
• Able to read and analyze wiring and schematic diagrams.
• Sales skills management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily service operations: site deployments, testing and commissioning, after-sales support, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of diesel generators to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and assist chief mechanics, senior electrical, field service engineers, and technicians for efficient operations.
• Develop accurate cost proposals for repair and preventive maintenance of diesel generators and maintain monthly sales targets.
• Create technical engineering reports from field service recommendations for customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and technical justification onsite and online.
• Provide after-sales technical support via onsite, email, and phone to maintain zero complaints and gain positive feedback.
• Offer troubleshooting guides and procedures from basic to advanced generator issues to prevent back jobs.
• Monitor technician productivity and repair quality to achieve zero delays and accidents.
