Job summary

Multico Prime Power, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to drive new leads, manage key accounts, and align cross-functional teams to deliver tailored genset and service solutions.

You will coordinate with technical, operations, and finance teams to meet monthly targets, monitor client satisfaction, and report market movements to identify cross-selling opportunities across gensets, forklifts, parts and services.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads (sale and/or rental) across targeted sectors.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline across real estate developers, construction, telecoms, industrial, logistics, manufacturing, mining and commercial clients.
• Conduct client visits and site inspections; analyze needs to recommend suitable equipment solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations and technical–commercial offers with the technical and operations team.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets (revenue, GP, units).
• Manage assigned key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with Aftersales and Operations to ensure smooth delivery, commissioning and aftersales support.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues to protect repeat business.
• Work with Sales Manager/Technical/Service teams for specifications and site requirements; coordinate with Operations for delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Finance for credit terms, billing and collections; document commitments to clients (emails, proposals, POs).
• Ensure customers comply with approved credit terms; follow up on collections with Finance; understand AR performance beyond bookings.
• Submit regular sales reports (pipeline/prospects, closed deals, lost opportunities with reasons); maintain accurate records.
• Gather market feedback, report competitor activity, pricing trends and project movements; identify cross-selling opportunities across all products (gensets, forklifts, Alimak, Kleemann, parts, service).
