Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Sales professional in Manila/Pasig to drive generator product sales and power solutions. You will manage client accounts, assess power needs, and deliver tailored quotations and tender submissions.

Ideal candidates have a background in technical product sales, strong communication, and a proven ability to negotiate contracts. This role requires travel to client sites and collaboration with engineering and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 2 - 3 years experience in sales, preferably in generators, electrical equipment, or industrial products.
• Strong understanding of technical product sales and consultative selling methods.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and match them with suitable solutions.
• Experience preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for generator products and power solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, businesses, and institutional clients.
• Assess customer power requirements and recommend suitable generator systems.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in line with client needs.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, and logistics teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
• Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical sales meetings.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer demand in the power solutions sector.
• Support after-sales follow-up to encourage repeat business and long-term client satisfaction.
