Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Technical Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across telecommunications, corporate, and specialized roles. You will source, assess, and onboard top talent while partnering with hiring managers to meet manpower needs.

The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver timely hires in a fast-paced environment. On-site work Monday to Friday with a focus on quality candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably corporate and specialized roles.
• End-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing experience required.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networks and other channels.
• Experience recruiting for technical or telecommunications-related positions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and networks.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for technical, corporate, commercial, operations, and telecom roles.
• Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and priorities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment documentation; coordinate interviews and background checks.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring delivery.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
