Job summary

AutoScale Ventures is hiring a Technical Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for senior technical roles across our brands. This fully remote position targets candidates in the Philippines and beyond, coordinating with engineering leads and hiring managers.

You will source, screen, and coordinate technical assessments while refining job descriptions and hiring strategies with the People and Development teams. Strong sourcing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Experience hiring senior developers and other technical roles.
• Knowledge of developer stacks and engineering workflows.
• Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Source and nurture a pipeline of technical candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct technical and cultural fit interviews.
• Coordinate assessments with engineering leads and schedule interviews.
• Collaborate with People and Development teams on hiring needs and processes.
