Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) seeks a Senior Recruiter with proven experience hiring construction, engineering, and technical roles, plus client management. You will lead end-to-end recruitment and shape hiring strategies.

You will partner with leaders, build sourcing plans, screen for technical ability and cultural fit, manage candidate experience, and mentor junior recruiters. Hybrid schedule: 1 day WFH, 4 days onsite in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with construction, engineering or technical hiring.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and pipeline management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience negotiating offers and advising on hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level engineering roles.
• Conduct intake meetings with department heads to understand role requirements.
• Build sourcing strategies for technical roles.
• Screen candidates for technical competency, experience level and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate experience, interview flow and offer negotiation.
• Provide talent market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
• Optimize recruitment processes and introduce best practices.
• Mentor and coach Junior Recruiters on sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment and timely updates.
