Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles and hard-to-fill positions.
• Proven ability to manage 15–20 concurrent searches across diverse priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for technical, non-technical, and specialized roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct recruiting, referrals, and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess qualifications, provide market insight, and advise on strategy.
• Lead offer negotiations and drive a positive candidate experience.
