• Experience managing 15–20 concurrent searches across priority roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build proactive talent networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using direct recruiting, referrals, and social networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design recruiting plans and provide market insights.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate closing with a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track key recruiting metrics.
