Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for plantilla, contractual, and project-based roles. You will source candidates through multiple channels, post vacancies, and maintain an active talent pipeline to support hiring plans.

Collaborating with Hiring Managers, HR partners, and the onboarding team, you will prepare recruitment reports, manage trackers, and ensure timely contracts and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and placement for plantilla, contractual, and project-based roles.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with universities, agencies, headhunters, and recruitment partners.
• Review and update all vacancies to ensure accuracy across platforms.
• Maintain employment records and coordinate actions with concerned departments.
• Administer assessments and tests, and evaluate results for endorsement to hiring managers.
• Maintain Recruitment Tracker and Dashboard to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare employment contracts promptly and ensure timely document submission.
• Prepare Attraction, Turnover, and related reports.
