Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead delivery across a cross-team transformation program. This role oversees two active initiatives: a greenfield transformation of vehicle repossession and remarketing workflows, and a modernization of a registry application stack, including .NET upgrades and containerization.

It requires coordinating product, engineering, platform, and operations across teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading multi-team migration or transformation programs in complex tech environments.
Ability to take over initiatives with mixed status and guide to green.
Experience working with engineering, platform, architecture, and operations dependencies.

Responsibilities

Shape two initiatives into a single executable program with clear workstreams and milestones.
Own end-to-end integrated delivery plan from baseline to rollout and handover.
Coordinate internal and external contributors across workstreams as a unified program.
Maintain RAID logs and decision logs with clear risk and dependency tracking.
Identify blockers early and propose path-to-green options with concrete actions.
Establish lightweight governance: plan, dependency map, stakeholder map, status views.
Ensure business readiness, change management, release, and operational validation.
Provide concise, executive-ready reporting on progress and risks.
