Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead enterprise accounts, coordinating complex programs and delivering high-touch technical resolution. You will advocate for customers, manage contracts, SLAs, and education, while aligning cross-functional resources to maximize success.

This role requires deep knowledge of contact center, cloud software, and security, with strong communication to C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
10+ years in customer account relationship management.
5+ years of Enterprise Account Management in presales or post-sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level and operational stakeholders.
Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecommunications, Cloud-based Software, and Security.
Ability to work in a matrix organization and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact and advocate for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring SLA management.
Collaborate with Sales to align on opportunities and ensure successful implementation.
Cultivate relationships across all levels of the customer’s organization.
Drive ROI with NiCE products and services as trusted advisor.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges within SLA.
Lead project coordination to align with overall strategy and successful completion.
Provide coaching and escalations to improve customer outcomes.
Identify and recommend product enhancements for enterprise accounts.
