NiCE seeks a Senior Client Services Project Manager to lead enterprise CX implementations across customer environments, ensuring scope clarity, risk mitigation, and exceptional customer experience from initiation to go‑live and stabilization.

The role requires extensive experience managing CRM integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow) and leading cross-functional teams across Professional Services, Product, Support, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10 years of enterprise client-facing project management.
• Proven track record delivering multi-system SaaS/CRM implementations.
• Strong consultative mindset to influence decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale CX projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Professional Services, Product, Support, and partners.
• Manage scope, timeline, risk, and change requests with governance.
• Provide executive status updates and risk assessments.
• Mentor junior PMs and share delivery best practices.
