Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Senior DataOps Engineer to help modernize a regional data platform across LATAM. You will own cloud data pipelines on GCP, drive IaC with Terraform, and implement CI/CD with GitHub Actions to accelerate data delivery and model deployment.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Product teams, mentor peers, and ensure data governance, FinOps, and scalable, secure solutions across multiple countries, maintaining high standards of reliability and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in DevOps, DataOps or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience with Terraform on GCP and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience packaging ML models as API services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, deployment automation, and continuous improvement of our regional cloud data platform.
• Drive automated CI/CD pipelines for data code, data transformations (SQL/dbt), and analytical models.
• Package, containerize, and maintain real-time scoring models as APIs (FastAPI/Docker).
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Security and Product to align infrastructure with business goals.
• Mentor engineers and promote automated data testing and cloud automation best practices.
• Ensure security, IAM, secret management, and regulatory compliance across multi-country cloud environments.
