Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of enterprise-scale program management in regulated environments.
• 5+ years hands-on project management with end-to-end delivery.
• PMP and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance across all service lines and report to executives.
• Drive healthcare IT transformation delivery, including workflow redesign and platform integration.
• Apply Six Sigma/Lean to identify inefficiencies and improve key metrics such as AHT, quality, and cost.
• Manage executive stakeholders with strategic insights and performance reporting.
• Own KPI frameworks, SLA performance, and governance across delivery functions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate PMO, WFM, QA, Training, Nursing, and Operations for seamless program execution.
