MedGrocer is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to translate complex operational, clinical, and business requirements into disciplined technical execution. You will define the product roadmap and lead agile sprint cycles to scale our digitally-enabled healthcare platform.

On-site role in Makati City, Philippines. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, clinical teams, and software engineers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality product outcomes that improve patient health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of technical product management or technical project delivery experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical literacy across REST APIs, database schemas, system architecture, and modern web application development.
• Demonstrated track record of managing competing priorities from multiple stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the technical product backlog, converting complex healthcare workflows and client needs into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Lead agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to maintain predictable delivery cadences, eliminate bottlenecks, and prevent scope bloat.
• Act as the primary operational partner across executive stakeholders, commercial accounts, clinical teams, and software engineers to align technical delivery with business objectives.
• Enforce rigorous definition-of-done standards, release management protocols, and product quality benchmarks across all feature deployments.
• Track and analyze product health metrics, user adoption data, and operational turnarounds to inform continuous platform optimization.
