The Corporate Wellness Account Manager | Physician acts as a strategic medical and business partner for corporate clients, overseeing the delivery of comprehensive healthcare programs. This role merges clinical expertise with relationship management to drive the successful implementation of wellness initiatives and the effective management of complex employee health cases.
You will have the autonomy to lead engaging projects that involve designing evidence-based wellness programs and managing strategic client relationships, fostering significant professional growth in health tech leadership. By analyzing health data and providing expert medical guidance, you directly enhance the lives of patients through our digitally-enabled platform.
Manage end-to-end corporate client relationships as a primary medical advisor for employee health and fitness-for-work assessments.
Implement strategic wellness programs and clinic operations while ensuring strict compliance with DOLE regulations.
Provide expert clinical case management for chronic diseases and analyze health data to provide actionable insights for clients.
Act as a strategic partner to anticipate client needs, resolve escalated issues, and identify opportunities for service growth.
Supervise and mentor a team of specialists and medical staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.
Registered physician with active PRC license, preferably with a Basic Course in Occupational Medicine (BCOM) certification.
2-3 years of experience in account management, corporate health, or occupational medicine.
Experience in corporate health, occupational medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine, is a plus.
Knowledge in Google Workspace applications.
Must work onsite in Makati.
