Job summary

MagentIQ is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact client-facing software development, automation, and consulting projects for global clients. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines and aligned to US time zones.

You will own day-to-day execution, manage risks and financials, and engage directly with clients to ensure momentum throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, setting expectations, and driving delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, ideally supporting US or global clients.
• Strong client-facing experience, managing external stakeholders and acting as the primary delivery owner.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams, with direct accountability for execution and outcomes (not a PMO or reporting-only role).
• Strong technical background, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and automation teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and when to apply each.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall project design and delivery focused on achieving outcomes across multiple complex initiatives.
• Act as the senior point of accountability for scope, timelines, budget, risk, and quality.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery discipline.
• Establish and enforce project governance, delivery standards, and best practices while remaining delivery-focused.
• Partner closely with clients and internal leadership to set expectations, make trade-off decisions, and resolve escalations.
• Provide clear direction to keep projects moving forward and teams unblocked.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies at a strategic level.
• Oversee project financials, resource planning, and delivery forecasting to ensure commercial success.
• Communicate project health, milestones, and risks to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Support continuous improvement across delivery processes, tooling, and team performance.
