• Familiarity with Coda or Notion/Airtable, etc.; automation and AI-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and refinement of interfaces using Lovable AI.
• Maintain project boards; create/update/move tickets as needed.
• Track task progress and help teams meet deadlines.
• Provide general support to the Project Manager on ad hoc tasks.
• Develop project timelines, task lists, and milestones; schedule meetings.
