Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or similar roles
• Strong experience managing software development, infrastructure, or enterprise IT projects
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Define project plans, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholders.
