Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic, operational, and digital transformation programs across multiple business units from a remote setup with shifting schedules.

You will establish governance, drive UAT and QA, manage cross-functional teams, and report progress to senior leadership while fostering continuous improvement and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven history of managing complex cross-functional projects in a BPO/shared services environment.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, Asana).
• Strong stakeholder management with executive reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic, operational, and digital transformation projects across multiple business units.
• Define scope, milestones, budgets, and resources with active RAID logs and risk registers.
• Establish governance frameworks and templates for Manila site.
• Create and update project plans, schedules, reports, and dashboards.
• Facilitate governance meetings and senior stakeholder alignment.
• Manage cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, L&D, and Client Services.
• Drive UAT, QA, and sign-off for all deliverables.
• Maintain portfolio view to optimize prioritization and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Present business cases and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Mentor team members on PM best practices.
